Questions?

  • Guests should arrive at the venue between 3:00-3:15 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. Immediately after the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at 6:30. Dancing to follow! All guests depart by/at 11:00 p.m.

  • Given the time of year, the wedding will be entirely held indoors.

  • The vibe of our wedding is suited to cocktail attire.

  • Please see the “Guest Information” email for full transportation details.

    We are providing a shuttle that will transport guests from the closest hotel (Cowichan Valley Best Western) to the venue. At the end of the evening, the shuttle will take guests back to the hotel.

    The shuttle will also take guests to the venue from Victoria (Royal BC Museum), and back to Victoria (Royal BC Museum) at the end of the night. The shuttle will also make a stop in Langford off the highway (Shell Gas Station at 2890 West Shore Parkway).

    The return shuttle will run from 9pm - 10:45pm on demand to the Cowichan Valley Inn in Duncan. The last shuttle at 11pm will be the only one returning to Langford and Victoria! 

    Please note that there are very few (if any) taxis in the area. Parking at the venue overnight is allowed, but vehicles must be picked up between 8:00-4:00 the following day. Plan to travel via shuttle or make safe arrangements to get home.

  • We have a professional driver who will take brave guests on hot laps of the track during cocktail hour. Please complete & submit the waiver in advance if you are interested in getting out on a hot lap.

  • There will be a fully stocked bar with amazing bartenders to serve the delicious drinks. We are doing a donation bar with funds going towards our honeymoon. Suggested donation is $20.00.

  • We will have a shuttle transporting guests from the Cowichan Valley Best Western to the event, and back. We recommend staying here as it is the closest hotel by a significant margin.

  • Your presence is the greatest gift of all!
